Golder Markets Ltd takes different measures to ensure the safety of client funds. We make it our top priority to protect the transfer from deposit to withdrawal between customers and company accounts.
Segregated Accounts

Client's funds and our own working capital are kept in separate accounts to ensure that the two are clearly separated. All deposits and withdrawals are made in licensed banks in the UK, and we will not use customer funds under any circumstances.

Data Privacy and Secured Information

We insure the highest level of security for all our customers' data and information, which is stored in a database that cannot be accessed from the outside. All of our staff members are required to sign a confidentiality agreement stating that they will not disclose any customer information or data with the outside world, otherwise they will be subject to legal action. We will not disclose customer information and data to a third party or other individuals. We take the protection of customer information and their transaction data with the utmost of seriousness. While at the same time, we recommend that customers never disclose their information or data to anyone else. We recommend that they change their passwords periodically to take better control of their own personal financial transactions.

Anti-Money Laundering

As a London legal gold dealer in Belize, Golder must conduct due diligence to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Golder complies with Belize's anti-money laundering laws and regulations and maintains a firm and aggressive stance to prevent illegal money laundering activities. We implement strict policies and procedures to detect, prevent and report money laundering activities and any other suspicious activities.

Supervision under

Golder Markets Ltd is a recognized electronic trading member (No. IFSC/60/118/FX/08) of the International Finance Association of Belize (IFPS). With an AAA-level trading license, all trading activities must be approved and supervised by the International Finance Association, and are governed by Belize laws. Trading regulations, regulate trading contracts, regulate member trading activities and prosecute illegal members. IFPS also provides transaction codes for every transaction above 0.1 lot. Investors can view specific transaction records on the IFPS official website based on the transaction code, which greatly improves transaction transparency. This transparency allows investors to enjoy a high degree of security when trading precious metals.
